All 3 include the widget, AI outreach drafts, and white-label reports. ## What each plan includes The pricing tiers map to volume and team needs, not feature gating of the basics. Every plan includes the [audit widget](/help/getting-started/how-do-i-install-the-audit-widget-on-my-website), the [lead pipeline](/help/leads/how-does-the-lead-pipeline-work), the [AI outreach drafts](/help/outreach/how-do-ai-outreach-emails-work), and white-label branding. The differences: - **Starter ($49/mo)** — 50 [audits/month](/help/billing/what-are-audit-limits-per-plan). 1 brand. Email-only support. Right for solo freelancers testing the channel. - **Growth ($99/mo)** — 200 audits/month. [Bulk Scanner](/help/advanced/how-does-the-bulk-scanner-work) (50-domain batches). Up to 2 brands. Priority email support. Right for 2–5 person agencies. - **Agency ($199/mo)** — Unlimited audits. [Webhook integrations](/help/integrations/how-do-webhook-notifications-work). Same network, different volume buckets. ## How upgrades and downgrades work Subscription state lives in the subscriptions table and is mirrored from Stripe via the stripe-webhook edge function. We lock the Stripe API to 2024-12-18.acacia for stability. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. A 14-day [free trial](/help/billing/is-there-a-free-trial) of Growth covers any tier for evaluation. ## Worked example A 4-person agency started on Starter, hit 50 audits in 11 days, upgraded to Growth mid-cycle. Stripe pro-rated the difference; their next invoice was $58.40. 3 months later they crossed 200 audits and moved to Agency for the webhook channel into their HubSpot pipeline. ## When this isn't right If you need over 1,000 audits/month with team SSO and an account manager, the Agency plan is too small — contact support about an enterprise tier.
