# How do I add my agency logo?

Open **Branding → General**, drop a PNG or SVG into the logo box, and click **Save**. The logo appears on the audit widget, the public report page, and the PDF export within 1 minute.

## What the logo controls

Your logo is the single highest-impact white-label element. It shows in 4 places. The top-left of the [audit widget](/help/getting-started/how-do-i-install-the-audit-widget-on-my-website) header. The top of every [public report page](/help/reports/how-do-public-audit-reports-work). The cover of the [PDF export](/help/reports/can-i-export-audit-reports-as-pdf). The signature image of the [outreach drafts](/help/outreach/how-do-ai-outreach-emails-work).

Think of it like printing your name on the front of a folder. Same content inside, but it now comes from you.

## How LemAudit stores it

The upload writes to Supabase storage in the agency-assets bucket and saves the public URL into agencies.logo_url. The brand-config edge function reads that URL and ships it with the widget bootstrap. A new logo reaches every embed without needing to re-paste the script.

For best fit, use a horizontal logo at least 400px wide on a transparent background. SVG is preferred — it stays sharp on retina screens and PDF exports. Square logos render but get cropped to a 4:1 frame in the widget header.

## Worked example

A 1-person agency uploaded a 600x150px PNG of their logotype on signup. Their first widget impression an hour later showed the logo on a prospect's homepage in Bristol. The prospect replied to the agency's outreach email saying "I thought you guys were a big firm" — the logo did the trick.

## When this isn't right

If you operate under multiple identities (white-label resale, niche sub-brands), do not overwrite the main logo every time. Use the [multi-brand panel](/help/branding/can-i-manage-multiple-brands) to keep separate logo + color sets per brand. Bitmap logos under 200px wide will look fuzzy on retina screens and in printed PDFs — re-export at 2x scale or as SVG.
