Enterprise SEO audit

Large estates fail differently. The problem is almost never a missing meta description on one page — it is a template shipped to 40,000 URLs, a faceted-navigation rule that duplicates a catalogue, or a regional site nobody has measured since launch. This page covers how to audit at that scale, and exactly what LemAudit does and does not provide.

Four patterns that make scale tractable

Audit by template, not by URL

A 400,000-URL estate does not have 400,000 problems. It has a dozen templates with a handful of problems each. Auditing one representative URL per template surfaces the same defects in an afternoon and makes the fix list something an engineering team can actually schedule.

    Separate the estate into brands

Regional sites, acquired brands and product lines rarely share a technical baseline. Keeping them as separate brands means each has its own scores, its own report identity and its own trend line, instead of one blended average that hides the worst performer.

    Batch the competitive set

The bulk scanner takes up to 50 domains at a time, which is usually enough to cover your own properties plus every competitor in the category. Comparing pillar scores across that set is what turns an audit into a prioritisation argument.

Push findings where the work happens

Findings that live in a PDF get read once. Webhooks into a ticketing system, warehouse or CRM put each issue in the queue where it will be picked up, and the MCP endpoint lets internal AI agents query audit history directly.

What we deliberately do not do

We do not crawl a million URLs, and we do not sell third-party backlink or keyword-volume metrics dressed up as our own. The audit measures what can be verified from the page and the response: performance, technical hygiene, on-page structure, mobile behaviour, AI search readiness and public forum footprint. If your requirement is a full log-file-plus-crawl engineering audit of a giant catalogue, a dedicated crawler is the right tool and we will say so.

    When not to use this

Skip it if you need SSO-gated access for a large internal user base, if procurement requires a bespoke DPA and negotiated SLA before any trial, or if your estate genuinely needs full-crawl coverage rather than template sampling. In those cases the honest answer is that a different class of tool fits better, and no amount of plan configuration changes that.

    Frequently asked questions

How many pages does an enterprise SEO audit cover?

Each audit scores the domain and sweeps additional URLs from the sitemap on a depth setting, and the bulk scanner queues up to 50 domains in one batch. For a very large estate the practical pattern is one audit per template — one product page, one category, one article, one landing page — rather than crawling every URL, because template-level problems repeat across thousands of pages.

Can multiple teams or business units use one account?

Yes. The Agency plan includes 10 seats and 3 separate brands, each with its own logo, colours, report domain and settings, so regional teams or sub-brands report under their own identity while billing stays central.

Can audit data be pushed into our own systems?

Yes, three ways: outbound webhooks fire on new audits and qualified leads into a CRM or data warehouse, exports are available as PDF, Word, Excel, CSV and Markdown, and the MCP server exposes audits to AI agents over an authenticated JSON-RPC endpoint with per-account keys.

What does your security and data handling look like?

Audits read publicly available pages — the same HTML a browser or Googlebot receives — so no credentials to your systems are required. Account data sits behind row-level authorisation, report links are unguessable, and per-account API keys are stored hashed. Our security posture is documented in the trust centre and privacy policy linked in the footer.

    Do you support single sign-on?

SAML SSO is not on the standard plans. If SSO is a procurement blocker, say so when you get in touch rather than assuming; we would rather tell you plainly than have you discover it during a security review.

What does enterprise pricing look like?

There is no hidden enterprise tier: the published Agency plan at $199/mo covers unlimited audits, 10 seats and 3 brands. If you need more seats, more brands, or a specific contract or invoicing arrangement, contact us and we will quote against the actual requirement.

    Start with one template page

Run a free audit on a single representative URL. If the findings look like the ones your team already argues about, scale it across the estate.
