Every audit triggers a personalised email draft that quotes the prospect's top 3 findings, names 1 quick win, and ends with a Calendly CTA. The draft sits on the lead detail page; you can send it as-is or edit any line first.

    What the AI actually does

The generator reads the audit's critical and high findings. It picks the 3 best ones. It writes a 4-paragraph email around them. It puts the prospect's domain in the subject line. It names 1 finding in the opening line. There is no generic template — 2 leads with different findings get different emails.

Think of it like a cover letter. The bones are repeatable, the details are not.

    How LemAudit generates it

The draft is created by the generate-outreach edge function, which calls our AI gateway (Gemini Flash) with the audit's findings as context. Output lands in the leads.outreach_email_draft column and renders on the lead detail page. It regenerates automatically when you re-audit the lead, so the email always matches the latest scan.

If your agency profile has a Calendly link saved on the Branding page, the CTA links to it. Otherwise it falls back to a "reply to this email" CTA.

    Worked example

A flower-shop site scored 52 with critical findings: no HTTPS, missing meta description, LCP of 5.4s. The generated email opened: "Hi — your bouquetshop.com loads in 5.4 seconds on mobile. That is roughly when half of visitors give up." That single line got a reply from 4 of 11 sends in the agency batch. Reply rate: 36%, well above their 8% baseline on generic mail.

    When this isn't right

The AI is a starting point, not a sender. For lists over 50 prospects, use a cold-email tool (Smartlead, Instantly) for sending, deliverability, and inbox rotation. LemAudit only writes the draft. The drafts are tuned for SMB owners. For enterprise outreach, edit the templates to match a formal voice.
