Open Multi-Brand in the sidebar (Agency plan), click New brand, and configure 1 logo, 2 colors, 1 Calendly URL, and 1 widget script per brand. Up to 3 brands per account, each fully isolated — leads, reports, and outreach drafts all scope to the brand that captured them.
What "isolated" actually means
Each brand profile is a self-contained identity. Brand A's widget embedded on bulldogagency.com captures leads tagged for Brand A. Those leads use Brand A's logo on their public report, Brand A's colors, and Brand A's voice in the outreach drafts. Brand B's leads are invisible to Brand A's pipeline filter — they cannot accidentally email a Brand B prospect under Brand A's signature.
Think of it like running 3 phone lines in 1 office. Same staff, same building, callers always hear the right greeting.
How LemAudit keeps them apart
Brands are rows in the brand_profiles table tied to your account_id. The brand-config edge function looks up the brand from the embed script URL on every widget load. Two different scripts on two different sites never cross-pollinate. The pipeline view gains a brand filter when a second profile exists, and the Dashboard splits its tiles per brand. The webhook integration carries a `brand_id` field on every payload so your downstream automation can route correctly too.
For full domain swap (loading Brand B widget script from reports.brandb.com), point a CNAME at our edge per brand — see the white-label widget setup.
Worked example
A holding company runs 3 niche shops: dental, legal, and home-services. They created 3 brand profiles on day 1 and embedded each widget on the matching niche site. Within 4 weeks they captured 31 / 24 / 19 leads. All visually correct, all routed to the right inbox via 3 separate webhooks into 3 different HubSpot pipelines.
When this isn't right
The 3-brand cap is intentional. For "100 reseller sub-brands" SaaS resale, contact support about an enterprise tier. If you only need to swap a logo per client (not run separate widgets), use the standard logo panel. Ship per-client public report links instead. Much less setup.
